With how the landscape has shifted since the last election people who were "cancelled" seem to be coming back with a vengence. Tampa announcing they are putting Gruden back into their Ring of Honor wasn't a bold decision but it was an announcement that didn't have to be made. With his YouTube channel gaining a lot of popularity how likely is it we see him back in the NFL soon?

I really like this idea you mentioned awhile back to change the draft by giving teams a spend cap based on wins/lose record...basically a way to allow rookies to move as free agents. Could you please elaborate on that idea, how would it work?and how you would envision that as a TV product? Thanks Bomani
You mentioned in a previous episode that one of the issues we are dealing with as a country is the idea that the system is designed for power to shift between the two major parties and that going into the last election, both sides were treating it like not winning would lead to irreparable damage. Over 60 days into the new regime, I feel safe in saying those on one side believe this is the case. What, if anything, do you believe can be done to get this system back to the point where people on both sides can be comfortable with the other side in charge?
